Granting Guest Access
You can give guest access to a family or friend by clicking "Grant Guest Access" under the PERSONALIZE tab on the navigation menu. Guests will receive their own login and password.
Set Up Automatic Deposits
Save time and schedule your deposits! Click on "Automatic Deposits" under the PERSONALIZE tab on the navigation menu to configure automatic deposits.
Missing Your ID Card?
Click on "Report Lost/Stolen Card" under the ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT tab on the navigation menu to immediately deactivate your ID card and protect yourself from loss.
Need Additional Funds or Meals?
Click on "Request Funds or Meals" under the PERSONALIZE tab on the navigation menu and let us send an email on your behalf to request additional funds or meals be added to your account. The individual you email needs to be given guest access to add funds or meals to your account.
Schedule Low Balance Warnings
Click on "Low Balance Notifications" under the PERSONALIZE tab on the navigation menu to notify yourself or others when your balance is low.
Donate Meals to Students in Need
Click "Meals" or "Bulldog Bucks" under DONATE TO BULLDOG BASIC NEEDS ALLIANCE tab on the navigation menu to donate guest meals, express meals, or Bulldog Bucks to help out someone in need.
Access Your Virtual ID Card
Click "VIRTUAL ID CARD" on the navigation menu to view your virtual ID card. It can be used for identification and to display your campus wide ID number when needed. The barcode on your virtual ID can be used to check out items at the library.
